Flower Delivery Information
It is our pleasure to offer flower delivery to Mackay and surrounding areas with flower orders placed online or over the phone. While we strive to deliver on time, rarely unforeseen circumstances may arise. Love Lane Flowers cannot guarantee a dedicated time. As Love Lane Flowers are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next available business day. In the event that your flower delivery may not make it before that time we will endeavour to contact you.
We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on our website are currently at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. All prices are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Flowers/plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery. Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery. Containers are subject to availability on the day and may be substituted.
Delivery Schedules are outlined below:
All business orders will be delivered before 5pm unless stated otherwise. All other orders will be delivered by 6pm. For same day deliveries please place your order before 1pm Monday-Friday and before 11pm on Saturday. If you need your order to arrive by a certain time e.g close of business or before shift end please specify in the comments section of your order.
For incorrect delivery details provided a redelivery fee will apply.
We deliver flowers to from Sarina in the South and general Mackay areas.
Suburbs include but not limited to Mackay CBD, North Mackay, South Mackay, East Mackay, West Mackay, Mackay Harbour, Slade Point, Andergrove, Beaconsfield, Richmond, Rural View, Blacks Beach, Dolphin Heads, Eimeo, Bucasia, Shoal Point, Mount Pleasant, Glenella, Erakala, Seaforth, Ooralea, Paget, Racecourse, Mirani, Marian, Sarina.
We also cover hospitals, Schools, Funeral Homes, Churches, and Local Businesses throughout Mackay.
BUSY TIMES
Premium dates incur higher prices due to factors that are outside our control. These dates include, but are not limited to:
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including February 14th
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including Mothers Day
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including Christmas
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after and including New Year’s Eve
Higher delivery charges may also apply during these peak periods.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS – Flowers
Love Lane Flowers handles returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation. As each flower arrangement is unique, so too are the special requirements surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us on 0407746045 during business hours to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your gift. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return and a photo of the arrangement so that we can fully understand the issue and thereby take action accordingly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a partial refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds are made at the discretion of Love Lane Flowers.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the phone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your order the full amount will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY if notice is received by Love Lane Flowers 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
PRODUCT CARE
Bearing in mind that flowers, plants and trees are living things. Cut flowers may last 3-5 days If looked after by the recipient. This includes cutting stems regularly, changing the water in your vase for cut flowers and watering all arrangements daily. Flowers Should be kept in a cool place out of direct sunlight, heaters, air conditioners, under ceiling fans and on or near TVs to help ensure a longer lifespan.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your flower bouquet or arrangement. Due to the availability of flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitutions of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mothers Day. In single flower bouquets or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
